You Can Lose The Weight & Keep It Off… But You Have Got to Change Your Mind!

 

I know I say this again and again and again but i can’t say it enough.  I tell people it’s not just about exercise.  You can’t lose the weight and keep it off by just adding exercise into your life.  It’s not only exercise and nutrition either.  People fail over and over again because the think it’s just exercise and nutrition.  It’s not!  It’s exercise, nutrition and mindset change!  What have you done to change your mind today?

I know that nobody wants to make any independent effort anymore.  We have all gotten so lazy.  It’s like we just want to be spoon fed everything.  The reality of life is no body can change your life for you.  You are at some point going to have to take responsibility for what is going on in your life.  You are going to have to take responsibility for your mindset.

The thoughts and words that you choose to keep inside of your head create your energy.  Your frequency and your vibration are dictated by the things that you think and speak about.  If you want to change your life you need to change your vibration.  If you want to live the life of your dreams then you need to align your vibration with the vibration of your dreams.  You need to think and speak about what you want.

Rather than thinking and speaking about how you ate so well and how you exercised and how you didn’t get what you wanted this week you need to think and talk about your goals.  Instead of focusing on what you didn’t get or what you did you need to create a different energy within your mind and within your life.  You are the only one who can do this.  We have all gotten so weak in the area of imagination.  We have all forgotten the natural skill of visualization.

We need to exercise our mindset muscle.  We need to get ourselves mentally fit.  This can happen.  It can happen to all of us.  All we need to do is take in some positive information daily.  Little bits at a time the positive thoughts and ideas will inspire us.  Listening to or ingesting positive thoughts and words will help us to remember who and what we really are.  We are limitless beings.  There is nothing that we can’t do when we get our mindset in the right place.

Below I have assembled some links for you to get started.  Take the time daily to watch or listen.

I suggest you spend 60 minutes a day just listening to some of these resources.  Get yourself some earphones.  If you get the YouTube app you can even download these videos while you are connected to Wifi and listen or watch when you are off line.  Listen when you go for a walk or run.  Listen in the morning.  Watch positive messages on your TV when you can.  Rather than watch the news or reading the paper you can change your morning or evening habits and make them constructive times for yourself.  You can transform your mind and your life by trading out some of your habits for new ones.

Only you can choose to change your mind.  It takes mental practice and rehearsal to do.  You can reprogram your subconscious mind and change your life if you wish.  There are no limits to what you can do!

Yes it is hard to stop drinking coffee. Yes it is hard to stop drinking alcohol. Yes it is hard to stop eating meat or bread or cookies or dairy or chips. Yes it is hard to be patient and loving with someone who hasn’t been patient and loving with you. Yes it is hard to get up and workout by yourself in the dark when its cold outside.

Its hard to make a change in your life. Its hard to stay the same. Want to know when the change happens. When you begin to see the truth. When you begin to realize and accept responsibility for what you are creating. When you see that the way you are responding to your life is exactly what is creating it and you decide to make a change.

How are you reacting to your life? How are you getting the energy to get through? Are you doing it with coffee, drugs, alcohol, food or sex? Are you shopping or going on vacation? Are you socializing with your friends or are you decorating new rooms in your house? Which is it? What are you doing to cope with life? Are you getting angrier or happier?

However you are interacting with your life is giving you what you’ve got. Accept that. You are the creator of your world. If that’s how you’re reacting to your world then you will continue to get the results that you are getting. This is the way the world works you know. You get what you give. It’s like a circle. Everything works in a loop. It always comes back to the start. It always comes back to you.

Are you ready to make a change yet? Are you ready to interact to your world differently? You are the creator of your world. You are the power in your world. If you have decided that you need this food or this substance or this money or that person or that house to be happy then you gave your power away to that thing.  You did it.

You are the power. You are the energy. You are the creator. You are the joy. You are the love. You are the health. Energy is what you are. Light is what you are. If you decide that you need chicken drumsticks to power the system then you give the power away to chicken. Only you can take it back. If you decide that you need to have sex 3 times a week to be happy then you gave your power away to sex.

Some think they need a glass of wine every night. Some think they need 2 or 3. Some justify their bread some their extra marital affair and others their secret visa card with a low interest rate. Some think its ok to buy anything they want if its on sale. How are you interacting with your life? How are you getting your joy? How are you coping? Life is like a box of chocolates…

You will get what you give. Until you see that you are the creator you will continue to create the mess that you are. Do you want to lose the weight? Do you want to heal the pain? Do you want to heal your disease or fix your relationship or make more money? You hold the cards. You need to wake up and see that. You are an all powerful spirit having a human physical experience.

This is your life. You can create what you wish. If you want to create with anger and judgment and comparison and jealousy that’s your birthright. It is your life. It is your choice. Do with it whatever you please. If you want to give your power away to anything or anyone go ahead. If you choose to take back control of your life today then you have that right also. You can change your life if you wish.

You can choose today to say that you want to take back your power. You can choose today to say that you are the creator and you can begin to react differently to your life. I’m not saying this is going to be easy however, is it easy now? Are you happy with things the way they are? Are things painful enough for you yet? Its painful to stay the same. Its painful to change. What’s worse?  There is not life without pain.  Things will never be perfect.  The perfection is a perception.  A decision to focus on what you want to create rather than on the problem.  A decision to focus upon what you are and what you are capable of rather than on what you have got or what is currently going on.  This is your choice.

You will make a change when the pain of doing something different is less than the pain of staying the same. Both are painful. Life is filled with pain. Pain is our greatest teacher. It’s saying to you right now if you keep saying and doing the same old things then you are going to get the same old results. If you keep telling yourself and your life that coffee is your energy or joy then that is your reality.

True joy is inside of you. If you say that joy is rum or sex or shopping then you just chose to empower those items over you with your thoughts and words and actions. If that is what you are doing then you are saying to your world what you believe with your thoughts, words and actions. You are telling yourself that those items have power over you and your world is responding to what you are saying and doing.

You are in charge. You are in control. You are the creator. You can create whatever you wish. That is your choice. That is your birthright. If you want to say you need pizza and cookies go right ahead. Just be responsible and accept the results. Don’t complain about the the body fat and low energy and low motivation and unhappiness you get. You created it. You created those debts that you have on your visa. Accept them. Love them. Embrace them. You need to love yourself and your life. You created it. Its an extension of you.

You are love and light. You can be who and what you truly are whenever you are ready. You can choose to step back into your power whenever you like. Ask yourself one simple question. Are you ready to make a change in your life?  Decide and commit. Do it now.  Do it today!

Natural Healing in Burlington Gym!

Dr.Ehret healed 10’s of thousands of people in his sanitorium 110 years ago with fruit and fasting. His number 1 recommended healing protocol was a single fruit or mono fruit eating. He suggested grape sugar to be the very best healing food.

Ehret taught emptiness was the very best medicine for the human. Emptiness is when the healing happens. Healing is natural. The fruit helps the body to eliminate the obstructions or waste. The obstructions block the human from contact to its true nature.

Ehret himself performed lengthy fasts. Stretching his longest fast up to 49 days and setting the world record at that time for a controlled and medically monitored fast. Fruit and fasting was the healing protocol. His teachings for his patients was 1-3 days of fasting followed by a refeeding opportunity.

Fruit was considered the very best human food however Ehret taught a lot about the transition diet. Moving from meat, dairy and starch to a fruit focused diet plan may take a few years. His trannsition diet contains a comfortable mix of foods. The transition diet is mostly raw foods however he allowed some cooked staches, vegetables, dairy and even fish was mentioned at times during transition.

Ehret also strongly suggested sun bathing. He laid in the sun for hours each day. Fresh air, movement and exercise were all included in his healing clinic. The science of healing is not complicated. Exercise, nutrition and a change of mindset is all we really need to heal and change anything we want to in our lives.

Really the human can return to their very best quit simply. Challenge the addictions and the desires. Overcome the food addictions. i like to call it unfooding. I believe its done best by stretching out the length of your fast times. Fruit is really the very best food to help you accomplish success. Fruit digests the fastest and eliminates quickest from the body.

The greatest challengers i see for us today are all the brainwashing that we have received. Since kindergarten we have been bombarded with knowledge, information and marketing that has all taught that our health is a complex combination of nutrients all to be obtained by a vast array of meats, dairy, vegetables and superfoods. All to be supported with minerals and isolated vitamins and chemically treated water.

We have been taught that our health is too complicated for us to understand without 8 years of school. We have been taught that someone other than ourselves knows more about what we need than we do. We have been scared into the idea that emtiness is potentially dangerous and we must be filled up multiple times each day to be healthy. All in the name of profit.

Its these poor mindset ideas and the addictions to all the material things that are really blocking us from our true identity and our ultimate liberation. We must challenge our desires and learned behavior to discover the truth. We are completely supported by our source. We are in constant contact with our creator. All things have been provided to us and for us. Only poor information and marketing has lead us astray.

The human needs to wake up to see the truth. The human must turn his back against what he knows. She must unlearn to realize the truth. We have been mislead to profit the few and our addictions are the root cause of all of our pain, ailments and troubles. Challenge them to unravel the truth. To find the light that is within we need to stop all the distractions.

The challenge lies in turning our backs to what we know and swimming upstream against the current. Going the other direction of everyone else around us. The alcoholic is not supposed to frequent the bar after he stops drinking. The crack addict is told to make new sobber friends. What is the recovering food addict to do? We all socialize and interact with the poisons that are stealing our joy daily.

The very things stopping us from living the lives of our dreams are the habits we have accepted as normal behaviors. We justify and protect the very things that are taking us to our grave. Our holidays, our events, our past times and our weekends are all built around the very items that are quickly taking us to our graves. The common morning rituals are creating pain, lack and limitation all along the way. How do we interact with our lives when every part of it is killing us?

True healing means stepping out of the mainstream interaction. To heal we are going to have to learn how to be comfortable when everyone around you is giving away their lives. We have to learn to sit beside our addictions and not judge or indulge in them. This is no easy task. Tell a heroin addict to sit beside a friend that is shooting up and see what happens This is our reality.

You have to learn to smell the coffee and the pizza in the oven and walk away with a bowl of grapes in your hand. You have to learn how to be happy with the suttle energy of our creation. It’s not as powerful as a large starbucks special with all those yummy creams and sugars. We have to learn how to savor and enjoy those moments on occasion.

Save the common indulgences for special times in your year. Learn how to be content with less. We must learn how to walk away. Joy is not something we get from outside of the self. It isn’t the food or the money or the material thing that’s going to do it. It isn’t the person or the place that we need. Its the contact with the center that our lives are yearning for. Health, happiness, love and freedom are all the gift each of us has been given.

Clear away the obstructions and see that you are exactly what you need underneath. Unfood and peel away all of your habits and addictions. Challenge your desires. Fruits are cooked by the light of the sun. They contain all the nutrients and energy you need. They are filled with the magical distilled waters that cleanse and restore your vehicle. Healing is not complicated but you must challenge everything you know to have it.

Vegan Personal Trainer in Burlington Says… Weight-loss, healing & Improving Performance is all possible with these 10 Powerful Steps

i like to teach 10 steps to total life change in my program. Lose the weight, heal the pain or improve the performance in any aspect of your life by working through the 10 steps. The order of the steps is arguable.

1. Take responsibility for what you have created. You are the creator. Only you can decide to change your life. It is a choice. It must be a conscious choice. You must make a decision.

2. Stop polluting your body. There must be a transition time for sure. You cannot stop all pollution over night. Slowly and incrementally you must shift from the habits and behaviors you are choosing that are creating toxicity in your body, in your mind and in your life.

3. Alkalize your body and life We are not aging. We are becoming acidic. Toxic thoughts, habits and behaviors are the ròot of our problems. We can restore the alkalinity inside our bodies. The healthy natural body is alkaline. We must alter our food, water, thought and behavior. Sunlight is a vital aspect of your process.

4 Restore conductivity. The healthy body is elevtruc. We must be able to conduct nervous impulse. We need movement. We need breatheork. Our movements need to be strong and powerful. Our movements also need to be slow and deliberate. Oxygen is key grounding is magical. I recomend strength training and yoga or flexibility. Strength and length.

5 Detoxify the body. We must remove the toxic elements. Distilled water detox and unfooding is the way to do this best. Anything that is not supposed to be inside the skin is toxic. There are toxic thoughts, habits, behaviors and elements that must be identified and removed. The body heals naturally. Thus happens when it is empty and still.

6. Emotional and energetic blovks must be opened. We have to acknowledge surpressed emotions and energy. We need to identify the shafow energy. We must give love.to the darkness. We must accept the past and the present. Acceptance, forgiveness and love for the self are key elements. We must know all of us.

7. Passion and purpose Our root desire must be found. We need inspiration. We must connect to the true self. Our sexual energy is most distinctly us. It is our personal energetic finger print. We must manage and lift up our blocked emotional energy and our sexual energy. We must create a relationship with the true self.

8. We must accept the laws of the universe. There are great laws. The law of attraction and the law of Karma are two examples. No man is aboce the law. What we focus on grows. Thoughts are thibgs. Words have power in our lives. We must honor the laws.

9. Mindfulness and self awareness are key. We must develop a quiet practice. We need a way to identify our incorrect thoughts and ideas. We must have a method of reprogramming the mind and the subconscious We must learn how to become present. We need to love the self

10 Goals, affirmations, gratitude, i am statements and accountability. We have to clearly identify what we want. We must know what it is. We must make ourselves vulnerable. We must share our goal or our plan with another. Choose a friend a coach or a mentor wisely Choose someone that inspires you, someone nonjudgmental someone who lifts your energy.

The fully healed human being will not identify with the ego. Total healing means the individual will achieve their ideal weight. No pain, no sickness, no illness or disease will dtrike the fully healed individual again. All inflictions will be solved and healed.

The fully functional human has overcome all trauma. Holds no sorrow, anger or resentment. is in total alignment with their spirit body and meets their entire life with joy, playfulness, love, freedom and optimism.

This is soul awakening. This is loving the self. This is building a relationship with the inner child. This is kundalini rising or awakening. I call it whole self integration or lifestyle design. It is total healing or stepping into your abundance.

Want to restore your youthful energy? want to get back to your best. You can do this. This is a choice that you can make to return to the very best version of themselves.

Love holds our universe together. It is the power and the glue. Love is our nature. We must learn how to love and give love to the self before we can love ourselves or anyone else or anything else in our lives.

I am meeting every single moment of my life with love. i am giving love to myself and everyone else in my life. You can do this too. We all can. Love is what we are. We are spirit energy experiencing physical form. The spirit is peaceful, happy, loving and free all the time.

Simply meet each moment of your life with your spirit. The spirit is present. The spirit is here in the now all of the time. Just bring yourself to the present and be in your loving power always. You can learn to meet every single moment of your life with love.

Love is our nature. It is our spirit energy. It is who we really are. It is our true identity. The ego is a false self. An imposter. The ego is a social mask. The ego is the way we have learned to interact with our lives. The spirit is the way we want to interact with our lives.

Meet each moment with your spirit. Meet everyone and everything with your spirit. Your spirit is always present. Your ego is your subconscious programming. It is not your spirit. It is not your power. It is not you.

You are not your mind. You are not your programming. You are not your circumstances or your roles. You are your spirit. You are the power within. You are the energy. Connect to the energy of you by coming to the present in each moment.

Being present is being you and loving every single person and situation in your life. Be in the now. Stay in the moment. Stay in your power. Stay in loving contact with your self and your life. Meet your life with love and presence.

Toxic thoughts and elements block you from realizing the truth. Toxicity interferes with our connection to creation. Its the toxicity we have placed inside our lives that separates us from who and what we truly are. Come back to your perfection. We all can.

Detoxify your body and reconnect with your source energy. Lift up your source energy with exercise, nutrition and mindset change. Learn how to love yourself by detoxifying your body and mind. Connect to your true self in stillness. Be still daily. First thing as you wake and last before bed. Bring yourself to the power within.

To lose the weight & keep it off you need to get the right information

I lost my weight 2 years ago. I lost my weight by detoxifying my body. By shifting from the old thought patterns about food and metabolism I was able to lose my weight and realize my true potential. The truth is that if our weight was truly managed by calories in and calories out there is no way that my weight would be able to sustain itself. I am only eating 2 or 3 days of the week. I am empty most of the time however my body is not losing weight.

The old paradigm of understanding claims that the body is sustained by food. That if we do not consume food that the body will sustain itself from the fat, muscle and tissue of the body. The old paradigm of metabolic understanding says that I should be surviving upon my own tissues and thus should be deteriorating. The truth is that I am not deteriorating. I am actually thriving on limited food or calorie intake. How do you explain this. I am trying to show you what is possible. I am teaching you that our food is a choice. I demonstrating that our energy is not created solely from food.

In Fact there are far more superior ways to acquire energy. The idea that food is the way to gather energy is a limited idea. It is possible for certain to gather energy from food however it is not the only way and I will suggest that it is not the best way. It is a way that actually has serious effects upon our health. There is a price to pay for achieving our energy from food. Eating actually hurts us. We have been told that eating is the way to gather health. The truth is that health is within us. It is not something that we attain from the food that we eat. Food does not help us to heal. Food is actually an obstacle to our healing.

The body heals best when it is empty. The distilled waters help the body to empty. Now I am not suggesting that you do what i do. I have been practicing and preparing my body for a couple of years now. With practice you can do more than I however to get started we must allow our bodies to transition. We need to develop new habits and behaviors to change our lives. We need to do this slowly. With practice and rehearsal we can learn how to Un-food. With the distilled water detoxification we can purify our bodies and minds and return to our most true selves. As we get closer to who and what we really are we restore our natural abilities.

Burlington Vegan Personal Trainer Says You can Change your life but you must make a Decision

Ultimately what we are talking about with total life healing is a returning to our most natural self. An alignment of thought, word and action with true source energy is total healing. The true source energy within us is spirit energy. Some people like to call this energy the subconscious mind and some don’t like to identify it at all.

I don’t care what you call this energy. For me the only important thing is that we identify that this energy within us is the true self. The issue at the root of all of our unhappiness is the division we have within our own self. We have misidentified ourselves with our bodies. We have misidentified ourselves with our physical experience. We have identified with our roles and our personalities. This misidentification of our true selves is at the root of our unhappiness.

Total healing is the realignment of thought, word and true source energy. Our true energy is the power of unconditional love. We need to come into alignment with that energy. We need to return to the light beings that we are. This is a process of elimination of toxic obstructions and a reprogramming of our mindset. Distilled water detoxification, un-fooding and personal development can heal and change all things in our lives.

We can lose the weight, we can heal our pain and we can learn to love ourselves. Loving the self is simply returning to alignment with what we truly are.

I have been a personal trainer for 30 years. I work along side a physiotherapist so I can provide support to those in pain and those who have work health benefit plans.

If you have pain in your body and a work health benefits package in your household or family then we can address your pain and it can be covered through your work health insurance.

There are 3 key elements to pain. By understanding and addressing all three aspects of your pain you will be able to cope with it and manage it better. Of course there is the physical aspect of your pain. The injury or whatever is wrong inside the body. Whatever your injury or issue is if there is pain then at it’s root there is inflammation in the body.  All pain has an inflammatory root.  We can address all physical pain by reducing the inflammatory response in the body with exercise and circulation. We can also reduce inflammation and pain by applying an anti-inflammatory diet. We can address the pain physically by strengthening and lengthening the inflicted muscles.  Exercise and nutrition combined together address your physical pain by 1st addressing the root inflammatory response of your body.

Often when there is pain in the body muscles can become tight and movement limited. Muscles in close proximity can get tight or weak due to limited movements.  People with injuries tend to adjust the way they move, sit or stand.  When muscles are ignored and natural motion interrupted from altered movements muscle shrink and weaken.  We call this muscle atrophy.  Strengthening and lengthening the muscles can help to restore natural range of motion and movement.  Restoring natural mobility helps to provide pain relief for the patient.

The second aspect of pain is the psychological aspect of it. Often when we get injured we become afraid of re-injuring the body or hurting ourselves.  People suffering with pain typically alter the choices they make and the things they do because of it. Fear becomes the driving motivation for the injured body.  This is not a positive way to build your life.  We want to think and talk and take action on the things we want and not make our choices because of the things that have happened in our past.  Pain is a chronic reminder of what has been.  It keeps us trapped in the past.  We need to restore confidence in our body and ourselves.  Strengthening and lengthening the associated muscles can allow the patient to regain their confidence in themselves and the muscles associated with the injury. Often through a consistent gentle strengthening and lengthening approach to the injury, confidence can be restored and the psychological aspects of the pain can be reduced.  Balance training, agility, mobility exercise, practice and rehearsal can all support the retraining of your self confidence.  A significant aspect of your pain is just an anticipation of it.  When you believe in yourself and your abilities again we can reduce the psychological component of your pain.

Combine the self confidence of exercise, strength, balance and mobility with the right nutrition and the mindset coaching to create a “tick tack toe” approach to your pain. Raise your energy and outlook towards yourself and your pain by working on your mindset. Our Physiotherapy Based Personal training program will include the success mindset coaching that we all need to overcome physical or emotional trauma’s in our lives. We all get hurt as we traverse our lives. Whatever our injury is we will have to spend sometime in the grieving and healing process. At some point we must take action to feel better. Just taking action makes us feel better and more in control of our circumstances. Working on the mindset with daily content and support from our program will help you cope better with your pain.

Pain also has an emotional aspect to it. Often with chronic pain a patient can have develop a hopeless mentality. Depending on the level of intensity of the pain and the degree to which the patient has been immobilized or affected by their pain the emotional response can be significant. If the pain has been around for an extended period of time the personality can be deeply affected. Depression, sorrow, sadness, frustration, anger, resentment can all be associated with the pain.  Sometimes forgiveness is necessary.  Forgiveness of self or others can be an aspect of your emotional pain. The patient could also still be identifying with “being a victim” or may be holding on to a “poor me persona” this can be a conscious or unconscious. Both of these character’s leave the patients self worth and energy challenged. We can address the emotional state of pain in two ways.

Exercise will help to stimulate the bodies physiology and trigger the energy producing hormones. Highly oxygenated, exercise stimulated blood, circulating through the body will enhance healing.  Exercise will stimulate the brain neurotransmitters necessary for the patient to recover emotionally from the injury. The high energy hormones like growth hormone, epinephrine and nor-epinephrine created by the exercise will help with your energy and healing.  The appropriate exercise in combination with the correct nutrition will provide the energy and motivation the patient needs to feel better. The happy or euphoric feeling induced by exercise is exactly what you need to take back the power they have given away to their pain. Brain neurotransmitters are actually natural painkillers in the body.  Serotonin and dopamine will both be brought into balance from exercise and oxygen being circulated in the body.

Just ask yourself one question.
