Gym and fitness center in Burlington

I spent the day yesterday at the Scandinavian Spa up in Blue Mountain.  I took a small group of people with me.  Our topic of discussion was changing our lives…
You have to realize that you have the power inside of you.  We all do. It is a choice that you need to make.  A choice about how and where you want your power to go in your life. You just need to learn how to direct that power ideally.  You need to choose.  You need to get clear.  You need to make a decision and then you have got to commit to it!
You need some personal goals.  You need some relationship goals.  You need career, financial, adventure and contribution goals. This is how you gain clarity. These decisions are your choice.  Ask any of the top coaches in the world… They are all in agreement.  If you want to be happy and full-filled you need to get clear about what you want.  You need to choose and you need to fully commit to direct your energy to get it.

For me the detox program came in perfect time. My body was filled with toxins and inflammation. I felt big, uncomfortable and waking up looking like a Chinese women (swollen face, especially around eyes. I did detox from bread, bread like foods, sugar, red meat and alcohol. Quick weight loss in Burlington Gym

Out for my morning jog with my dog yoda. Intentionally lifting my energy this morning to build my day.

It is essential that you gather your personal opinions of yourself from yourself.

Others will always hold an opinion of you. That does not matter. All people’s opinions are their own. All people’s opinions come from within their own personal life experiences.

They are all projections from within their own minds and contain their own limited beliefs. You cannot worry about that. Your focus and attention needs to be in centering yourself into your most powerful space.

Each of us has a space of infinite power we can reach to and draw from. Each of us has access to the Devine. It is the most expansive space within each of us that is the most beautiful. This will always be the most satisfying space in your life.

This is the place of true happiness. Stop getting caught up in the illusions of life. Protect yourself from the idea that there is any real long term joy to be found elsewhere. The power to change your life is yours. it is directed by choice. With your decisions and your intentions you direct your energy to create what you want in your life.

You can heal and change anything you like. You can get your youthful strength, energy and range of motion back. A pain free life filled with love is possible for you. All you need to overcome the momentum of the collective consciousness is to choose. Choose to change your mind. Choose to step forward beyond your lack and limitation.

Our family went out for a terrific Thanksgiving hike this afternoon.  The weather was terrific.  We had a vegan raw food thanksgiving except for a little pasta.  No body was hungry or upset about any of it!  🙂 Later this afternoon we went to visit Dora’s Dad who is in St. Joseph’s Hospital right now.  He is recovering from his stomach surgery he had on Thursday.  Everything seems to have gone really well with him.  We had a short thanksgiving visit with him today and we will have our family thanksgiving dinner with him next weekend.

This morning I had a little discussion with a detoxification coach from Utah.  I just happened to bump into him on-line and we became friends.  Our discussion this morning was just an open conversation that we had.  We just openly discussed the detoxification process, intermittent, fasting, nutrients, vitamins, protein requirements and the fruitarian lifestyle.

Neither myself or my friend are medical doctors.  If you have a diagnosis of illness or disease and are inspired by anything you hear in our conversation I must remind you that our advise is only our opinions from our own personal research each of us has done for ourselves and our families.  If you would like any additional information about any of this please reach out to me to discuss further information sharing opportunities.  I would most definitely recommend deeper study into the process of detoxification and absolute a discussion with your doctor before making any changes to your health and wellness program.  Although I do have an alternative approach to health I must remind you that following any of our personal advice would be your own responsibility.  I would encourage everyone to look into the work of Dr. Ehret, Dr. Morse, Dr. Sebi or Professor Spira before making any decisions. None of us are ever done. We are all making forward progress or falling back.  Each one of us is a work in process. No matter what I’ve done in my past there is always a new boundary that exists within my mind. There will always be a new layer to be dismantled. ALWAYS… If I want to make the back end of 2017 remarkable then I need to address my current boundaries. If I want to get more out of my life then I’ve got to open myself up more.  I’ve got to be more vullnerable and shine more light and love on the deepest darkest spaces in my life.  The more that I can expose to the light the more free my spirit, my power and my abilities become.x

I’m just getting ready to take off myself to San Diego.  I’m going down to spend some time with a coach myself.  I’ll be there until Sunday night and will be returning home Monday morning.  I think that it’s very important for all of us to be open and willing and enthusiastic about growing.  Myself included.  I certainly don’t believe that I can be a very successful coach myself if I am not coach-able.  They say the best teacher is also a super student and I tend to agree with this statement.  I am really excited to be in a space with other fitness entrepreneurs that are all aspiring to learn grow and build their business.  Simon Lovell the coach I’m going to spend time with has been a personal client of Anthony Robins who I am a huge fan of.  Simon runs a multi million dollar fitness coaching business that educates and inspires fitness professionals from all over the world.  I’m sure to return rested, refocused and full of energy to share with family, clients, members and followers.  I really believe and teach that we all need to take time to gain clarity and focus in our lives. I will be sharing ideas,information and experience that I have gained in the past year switching to a fruit based, raw food diet.  I would like to take this moment to add my personal disclaimer about this program and about the ideas that I have been sharing as of late.  I am of course not a medical doctor and for certain do not want to try to tell anyone to participate in any of my nutritional changes without discussing them with your doctor.  Although I am and have been studying the work of Dr. Arnold Ehret and sharing his findings ALL of the information I am sharing is only my interpretation and experience with the data.  Please do not take any of my advice as medical advice.  Nothing I am sharing should be used for diagnosis or treatment of disease.  I am following God’s natural laws and sharing my interpretation and experience of the body of work.  I am sharing ideas only of the powers of healing available with herbs, fruits, botanicals and the timeless practice of fasting.  If you choose to follow any of the information received, you are doing so on your own behalf and using your own decision based on your own personal belief.  If you have any health concerns regarding your pharmaceutical medications if you are pregnant or nursing you may want to consult with a medical doctor before or while you begin a detoxification process.

I would also like to add that in my past 25+ years as a professional personal trainer I have deeply studied Christianity, Buddhism, Yoga, Tiachi, Toaism, Meditation, Kiniesiology, Nutrition,Success and Quantum Mechanics and my biggest take away from all of it is that there are so many different approaches to creating a successful existence that getting too attached to any one of them is really a limitation. We are all individuals and what is right for one is completely wrong for another.  Just because it works for me does not mean it will work for you.  I believe this is a result of where each individual is at psychologically and this is why the mindset is completely connected to this entire program.  I have said many times that nutrition is just like religion.  People are tightly attached to their ideas and the experiences surrounding their food.  Food is joy and interaction as well as it is sustenance.  No one can make you eat anything you don’t want to.  I for certain never want to force anyone to do anything they don’t want to.  My ideas are my own and yours are your own.  I never want to take any power away from anyone I meet.  I seek only to empower everyone that enters my space.  I will always only share information and experience.  Information that I gather from deep study and personal practice.  All clients, members, followers and friends are always free to choose.  If I am not able to accept that then I have no right to be your trainer. Please always feel free to discuss all of your ideas and opinions with me.  I believe that is extraordinarily important for your growth and for mine. Growth happens in a relationship not in dictatorship of ideas.

Personal Trainer and Life Coach in Burlington Gym

This afternoon my second daughter Sierra had her first try out with the Burlington youth girls under 13 team.  I think it was a good first try for her.  She was nervous and challenged by the level of play and experience of the other girls.  I know she has all the skills to play here and will grow immensely in this program.  All she needs is a little time, practice and self confidence.

We ordered pizza and had ice-cream and we played a little basketball afterwards to work off some of our indulgences. My family is all hanging out tonight together. Dora and I are watching a movie. I’m writing a little blog post at the same time. I think we all have to relax sometimes on our food and indulge. We all need quiet time and quality time with the people we love. We all need to do something to help support the imbalance that is going on our planet. I believe we can make a change on our planet with a change of nutrition, action and thought. I also believe that we all have to do our part to help and support others that are less fortunate than ourselves.

Today my family made our first contribution to a family down in Haiti.  A family with so much less than us.  A lot of people would laugh at the little bit that I have in my life.  I am however grateful for the things I have in my life.  I love my family and I have a career that I am passionate about.  Joy and happiness is not something that comes from outside of the self. It doesn’t come from money, cars, vacations, houses, booze, drugs or sex.  Happiness is something you can reach to inside of yourself.  I am so pleased that I was able to find my new friend down in Haiti.  Chilirus is one of the founders of Kingdom Life Ministry’s down in Haiti.  He is trying to open an orphanage.  He is raising the funds to buy the property.  His plan is in the infancy stages.  So am I with many of my plans. I related to this guy and his situation.  I am looking forward to helping him with his goals.

We all need to wake up to what is going on on our planet…  I believe we are all being lead down a path that sends us into a trap. A trap that steals our joy, our health and our vitality. We are all being fooled into believing that we are separate. Individuals that are not connected to the whole. We are all scurrying about trying to get some worthless paper and forgetting about what is truly important in our lives. We are all eating the wrong foods and getting sick and dying. We all need to wake up and see the truth. We are all apart of the whole. We are all powerful beyond belief. We are all completely supported by our source. By the proper alignment of our thoughts, words and actions we all can come back to optimal health and heal ourselves and our world.

The truth is that money is not what makes our world go round. The true power of our world is Love. Love for ourselves first. Love for those closest to us and then love to all others on this planet. If we begin to change our food and bring ourselves back to optimal health the truth will be evident to you as well. You can change your life and it can be done by love towards yourself, love to your families and love for others. By aligning yourself with this truth you will be filled with true joy and the money will never be an obstacle.

Rise up and receive your true health, power and ability. Break through the chains of reality that profit a few at the expense of your health. Begin to live the life that you were meant to focused on aligning with your deep love energy and sharing with everyone else on this planet.

For literally years I was doing this… Talking about macro nutrients, energy expenditure and nutritional requirements with all of my clients. With all the new information, study and actual hands on practice that I have been doing on the raw food and vegan lifestyle as well as the Frutarian and Bretharian lifestyles my mind has completely flipped as far as these ideas are concerned.

From my latest study I have come to realize the truth that has really been sitting right underneath our noses. When a man gets sick his desire to eat is reduced. If you really think about that it offers us so much valuable information that we just over look. How is that really possible? Can you see how that completely defy’s all of your typical understanding about energy, nutrients and healing? If we supposedly get our energy from our food and we heal our cells and body from the nutrients that food brings then shouldn’t we need more when we get sick? How is it that a man doesn’t want to eat when he gets sick? The obvious answer to this puzzle is that energy and healing do not come from our food. Or at least not only from our food. Somehow healing and nourishment must be available to us in the absence of food.

Now for me…Anyone that is still focused on protein grams, carbohydrates and calories is really missing the point here. These ideas don’t really matter. I believe our understanding of nutrition and energy at it’s most fundamental level needs to change. Each of us personally needs to revisit our own personal understanding of nutrition. Each of us needs to dismantle our own personal stumbling blocks and make this change in our minds. Get away from these archaic outdated methods for tracking food values. It’s an idea that is over a hundred years old and much more valuable systems of food tracking that shares much more valuable information has been discovered… Why don’t you known that? Why didn’t I? Are you a calorie counter? Are you tracking your protein or counting your steps? I believe you can let all of these habits go now…I don’t believe they are serving you any more.

The real truth about nutrition is that all food and all things have a vibration. An electrical force or impulse. An electromagnetic force. Our planet has a vibration. So do you. A healthy human body has a vibration of 6500 angstroms. A body with cancer registers at 4800 angstroms.
