Our studio is 5000 + sq/ft. We are small in comparison to large box gyms, however we have the largest open gym floor space in Burlington. This is because of our style of training. We don’t need lots of fancy machines push close together with no room to move. We don’t try to get clients attention with the illusion of new gadgets that promise to make you lose fat! We are about pure training. Nothing but hard work and results. Free Weight, Body weight, Elastics, Cables,  Swiss ball, Kettlebells, TRX and a progressive organized system to create change in your life.

Having an organized systematic approach to fitness means I can replicate myself and my results.  I have seen dozens of people transform themselves using my training and nutritional system.  Now with the development of my team of trainers in the past few years I have seen dozens more change their lives.  When I worked at the Big Box gyms when I started my career I realized that all the trainers all followed a different approach in the gym.  Some were able to stubble onto success and others weren’t.  I insisted that in my club we maintain consistency.   When someone gets started they all go through the same basic start up model.  I learned from my time studying martial arts that fitness needed to have basics like the white belt in Karate did.  There needed to be standards.  At Hi-End we all work with the same system that I developed years ago.  We are now a team of 6 trainers in addition to Dora and I.  Having multiple skilled associates means that we can accommodate anyone’s schedule.   We are available from 5am to 9 pm Monday thru Friday and 7am to 1pm on Saturdays.  Our Sunday schedule is by appointment only.
