Congratulations on taking this step forward for yourself.
Let’s make this a huge transformation in your life.
You are the one that can allow that to happen.
I want to begin with a conversation with everyone in the group. That conversation can happen On-line most easily. I can meet you in the comforts of your own home via a live “on-line face time” like call. We can also arrange to meet in my studio. Whichever you would prefer.
I can get started as soon as Friday night at 5pm.
Sunday at 11 am or 12 pm.
Monday afternoon at 12 pm or evening at 7 or 8pm.
Tuesday at noon is available.
Wednesday at 11 am or 530pm.
thursday afternoon or evening, Friday at noon or evening or Next week Saturday at noon.
Please take a look at your schedule. Decide if you want to meet in person or live on-line and return an email to me indicating what time suits you best. If you do not want to talk to me that is ok too!
I want to introduce you to the information, the thoughts and the ideas you want to hold to make this as transformative as possible.
I cannot and will not force you to do anything. It will all be up to you. you always have choice. I will provide you with the information. You can choose to participate at whatever level you wish.
Don’t try to force anything. Allow the detox to happen.
This is a change of mind, physical action and nutrition. Together you can transform your entire life.
I would like to get a starting weight and measurements for all of you. I would like to do that also during our first meeting. If we are meeting on-line then you can weigh yourself on your scale.
Measurements should be done in cm’s preferably. Please measure your chest, waist (right at your belly button) and your hips. Please record this information and email in to me.
I will also include here a document from Dr. Arnold Ehret. The original designer of the concepts and ideas that I am sharing. This digital book is large. Read through as much as you can. The more you understand this new healthy paradigm for your health the easier and more complete your transformation will be.
Right ideas create right results.
I will also attach a sound vibration for healing. Perhaps you can listen at night before bed. Or while you are driving in your car.
I will also attach a short white light healing meditation. Great to do first thing in the morning when you wake up or in bed before you sleep.
First thing in the morning as you wake or last thing in the night before you sleep are the best times to do mental reprogramming.
Take a look through the start up information. Chip away at that nutritional manual by Dr. Ehret. Begin to practice your vibration thearpy and your white light meditation.
These are not magic solutions.
They are only one way to help you get allignment of your energy.

You choose what you like. discard what you don’t. you need to begin some kind of practice. Some kind of change if you want to create a different outcome in your life.
