You need to drive up the heart rate and challenge your total body strength with 30 minute workouts! Your body also needs mobility, and range of motion and mindfulness. I think well rounded exercise program should have both strength and flexibility. We do include flexibility and range of motion exercises in our workouts to but slowing things down with yoga offers the benefits of self awareness, presence and intention. All of these things are aspects of creating changes in 2019.
I will be doing a live 30 minute yoga workout and short 15 minute guided meditation on Thursday morning at 630 am. Tune into that workout on line on our page live if you wish. Changing habits and behaviors is an aspect of recreating ourselves in 2019. In order to change our bad habits the best way to do that is to start some new healthy ones. Exercise is a super great habit to start. Yoga is an excellent positive habit to start. Mindfulness is another terrific positive habit that you can start in 2019 that will spill over to help improve every single aspect of your life.
Mindfulness is an aspect of this program. In my opinion mindfulness is a corner stone of this program. We need to change our thoughts. We need to deprogram ourselves. We need to reprogram ourselves with new ideas and beliefs. First thing in the morning and again at the end of the day are the very best times to include mindfulness. Just as we wake up and just before bed our brain waves are slowed down. At this time the thoughts are more manageable. This is the best time of day to focus on the thoughts and words that help us change our lives.
There are 8 major areas of Mindfulness that I would like to encourage you to focus on to start creating change in 2019. I will try to sketch out as much as I can for you inside of this free 7 day trial opportunity. To lose weight and keep it off or to heal pain or change any aspect of your life you must treat the human holistically. Making a total change is more than just exercise and food changes. To really keep this weight off means addressing the fundamentals of the self.
