Workout Resources For The 7 day Fast
We recommend 4 x 30 minute workout sessions for all of our clients and members each week in our private training facility. We are located down on the Lakeshore at Walker’s Line in Burlington Ontario Canada. We are about 45 minutes from downtown Toronto.
Your body needs movement. Get active as often as you can. Strive for 4 workouts if you can. If you can do 2 strength and 2 yoga sessions in the first week that would be great! You can also do 3 strength sessions and 1 yoga or 3 yoga and 1 strength.
I like to remind people there are 7 days in the week. I like to see my customers exercising more days than not if they want to accomplish their goals. That make 4 workouts the minimum commitment to the program.
In our program our clients and members exercise 4 times each week! I will be doing a live workout on Tuesday morning on my page at 630 am. You are welcome to tune in and join me if you like. All you need to do is Like our page now to get the workout updates: Like our page at the link below:

If you are not ready to join in on a live studio workouts then you can do any of the recorded workout video’s below this week. I do 30 minutes of entry level exercise on Facebook live every week so people in my program can have access to recorded workouts and so that new people can see what our program is all about. You can always go to our page at any time during the day to do a video workout. There are numerous video workouts in my video archives on my page. Do any of the video workouts below whenever you like for the week. Strive to get 4 active days minimum. If you can get additional walks in during the week that is terrific! Walking or walk jogging or riding a bike, elliptical or stair climber are all suitable and excellent activities you can add to get more movement and maximize results. Playing any sport of your choice is also a super addition to your active week! View some workout videos below for you. Do any of them anytime this week!
